Tech Support: “Why is that, sir?”

Customer: “I bought this minitower system from you, and it came loaded

with software called the ‘XYZ Desktop’.”
Tech Support:
“Yes…?”
Customer: “Shouldn’t it be called the ‘XYZ Minitower’? I
